Know who to oppose!There are certain people in your life you don't have to oppose because you might be thinking that you are opposing them when you are opposing your own destiny.That was exactly the same thing that happened to the Israelites.They had been in Egypt for 400years and towards the end of that time they were enslaved day and night.Exodus 1:11 "So the Egyptians put slave drivers over the people of Israel. The slave drivers treated them badly and made them work hard...."God heard the cries of the Israelites, He appeared to Moses and sent him to go and free the Israelites, performing great signs through the hand of Moses from the Land of Egypt throughout their journey in the wilderness. He turned water into blood, caused frogs to fill the whole land, divided the red sea and even caused water to flow out of a rock.The Israelites saw this with their very own naked eyes and even walked through the red sea on dry ground. And you would think they would be so grateful to Moses.But one day, a man called Korah gathered to himself over 250 respectable men and they turned against Moses and Aaron with insults.He said, "You take too much upon yourselves, for all the congregation is holy, everyone of them and the Lord is among them. Why then do you exalt yourselves above the assembly of the Lord?" Numbers 16:3"Is it a small thing that you have brought us out of the land flowing with milk and honey, to kill us in the wilderness, that you should keep acting like a prince over us? ¹⁴ Moreover, you have not brought us into a land flowing with milk and honey, nor given us inheritance of fields and vineyards. Will you put out the eyes of these men? We will not come up!" Numbers 16:13-14So according to them, everyone is holy, Moses and Aaron were just exalting themselves, pretending to be more holier than the rest of the people.Moses said to Korah, tomorrow you and all your company be present before the Lord, you and they as well as Aaron. ¹⁴ Let each take his censer and put incense in it, and each of you bring his censer before the Lord, two hundred and fifty censers, both you and Aaron, each with his censer.But then Moses said to the Lord, Number 16:15 " Lord, do not respect their offerings. I have not taken one donkey from them, nor have I hurt one of them."Just that simple prayer was enough to bury the destiny of Korah and his followers. I always tell people, their are certain people by virtue of relationship they have with God, they don't have to make long prayers, just a small sound is enough for God to hear them, even just a cry. So Korah and his followers didn't know this prayer was the worst prayer ever made against them. To them Moses and Aaron were just regular ordinary men like everyone else.But you see, there is something people do not know about the anointing. God does not anoint people who are smart, wise, strong or having a strong desire to serve Him (because sometimes the motivation behind that desire is not Godly). Sometimes men just develop the desire to serve the Lord because they are financially broke, or they just want the privileges, the respect that comes with serving the Lord and so on. These are not not Godly.When God wants to anoint a person, He looks for humility. Someone who has no desire of being great and that is the person God lifts up. No wonder Numbers 12:3 says, Moses was the humblest person on the face of the earth.But most people want the kind of leaders who have high class, rich and with authority, who enslaves them. That's why they opposed Moses, Jeremiah and Jesus.And as for Jesus they asked, "Matthew 13:55-57 " Is this not the carpenter’s son? Is not His mother called Mary? And His brothers James, Joses, Simon, and Judas? ⁵⁶ And His sisters, are they not all with us? Where then did this Man get all these things?” ⁵⁷ So they were offended at Him.But Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his own country and in his own house.” ⁵⁸ Now He did not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief. (Unbelief closes doors for the miracles)So even Korah and his followers were seeing Moses with the same mindset. No wonder Jesus said, John 8:15 "You judge by human standards; "They were judging by human standards, even so are many people doing today.When you see or hear someone doing strange miracles, if you can not believe them, it's better you just keep quiet and walk your way out instead of trying to demean them, you might find yourself fighting God.So Korah and his followers came has Moses had instructed them, they stood ready to burn their incense before the Lord. And God said to Moses, separate yourself from these men so that I might consume them, Numbers 16:31-35 "Now it came to pass, as he finished speaking all these words, that the ground split apart under them, 32 and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up, with their households and all the men with Korah, with all their goods. 33 So they and all those with them went down alive into the pit; the earth closed over them, and they perished from among the assembly. ³⁴ Then all Israel who were around them fled at their cry, for they said, “Lest the earth swallow us up also!” ³⁵ And a fire came out from the LORD and consumed the two hundred and fifty men who were offering incense.The following day again, the congregation gathered against Moses that he has killed the Lords people, then as they were still speaking God sent a plague and very many people fell dead that day.But you can see that these people were fighting against the very person that God had placed their destinies in the hand. That's why they kept rotating in the same place for 40 years until they were completely destroyed.I can not count how many people today who are suffering and in a state of stagnation simply because they fought and perhaps still fighting the very people God has placed to help them succeed. Honor the anointing God has placed before you and you will be blessed.

What made Peter different ---------------------------------------------- And Simon answering said unto him, "Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at your word I will let down the net." Luke 5:5 This life is full of struggling and toiling. What makes it even more worse is when you struggle and toil so much and again get nothing, it's such a painful experience. But like in the opening verse above, Simon Peter and his friends went through the same situation. They used to labour so much trying to get something for survival, they were fishermen. They used to spend sleepless nights in the middle of the sea trying to make ends meet, but things were never easy. It so happened that this one day, Jesus was teaching people near the lake where their boats were, after Jesus was done teaching, he realized that these people had never gotten anything the whole night. So he told Peter to launch his boat in the middle of the same lake and he would catch fish. This is a little tricky, Jesus was a young man and had never been fishing, and he didn't even know the time the fish were more active. Peter would have pushed him aside and said, you know you you are a young man, I have experience for many years, at this time you are telling me to launch the net into the sea, you can't get anything. But Peter just believed the word. He said, "We have toiled the whole night, but if you have said it, then I will." And guess what, he got way too much. In the same way, when we believe the word of Jesus as he spoke about us, we shall be far more effective despite what the nature dictates. It doesn't matter whether you have spent 10years, 20years or forty. The power of God will propel you to where you are supposed to be. On another occasion, the disciples were in a boat, Jesus came walking on the water and when they saw him, they started shouting and screaming for help. Jesus told them, it is I. Then Peter said, "Lord if it is really you, order me to come out of this board to you" Jesus told him, "come." and Peter walked on the water. (Peter didn't reason here. I know if it were some of us here, we would start, "what if?". What if he turns out to be a gost, what if ....???) There is something Peter had discovered about the word of Jesus. He discovered that when Jesus speaks, His word can not fail. His words carries the Power to accomplish what it mean. Jesus explained this and said, John 6:63 "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." Jesus has said it, that it is the spirit that quickens things, and the flesh profiteth nothing. And he said his words are the Spirit. Glory be to God. That means, every time you are reading his word and believing them, your things starts to be a little quicker than the man in the world. Hallelujah Admonition When Paul understood these things, he said in "Ephesians 1:17 I ask the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, to give you the Spirit, who will make you wise and reveal God to you, so that you will know him. ¹⁹ and how very great is his power at work in us who believe. This power working in us is the same as the mighty strength ²⁰ which he used when he raised Christ from death and seated him at his right side in heaven. When paul said this, he didn't mean that those people didn't know God, but he was trying to say there is something more deeper about God that only the spirit of God can make known to men. The bible made it clear that "The power working in us is the same as the mighty strength ²⁰ which God used when he raised Christ from death and seated him at his right side in the heaven." We have such a great power, again he has said it... It's our turn to act like Peter or remain in the boat wondering! Glory be to God. What is faith? —————————————– Hebrew 11:1 “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” The word translated “substance” comes from the Greek word “hupostasis”, which means “a substructure or foundation , subject matter, essence, personality, a placing or setting under.” We all know glucose powder, and we love it. Now that glucose which people see as white is the powder. But under that powder, there are multiple Carbon and hydrogen chains that form the Glucose but can not be seen with a naked eyes. So, the carbon and hydrogen chains are the substructure, substance, the “hupostasis” . Now faith is defined as the substance(substructure) of things hoped for. Meaning, faith is that thing that forms what you are really hoping to obtain. So faith is the hupostasis of the things hoped for. The reality of the things unseen. That means, if you have the faith, you have got the thing. Hupostasis is also translated as the “foundation ” So then we can read the verse above as “Now faith is the foundation of things hoped for…..” That means, if you are hoping for a car and you don’t have faith, it means, you are the same as a man who wants to construct a house without the foundation. Having faith is building a firm foundation of what you are expecting, that means by all means you will receive because your foundation is strong. And what you have received will last. The Anti Christ ---------------------------------------------- Mathew 12:30 He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad A story is given in the book of acts 13:6, where Paul and Barnabas went to a place called Paphos. And the ruler of that area called them to preach for him so that he could listen to their gospel. But a certain Jew, a false prophet called BarJesus opposed them, and tried to stop the ruler from believing. Now, most people think that Bar Jesus resisted them with force or may be spoke evil against Paul and Barnabas, but that's not the case. Actually his name 'Bar Jesus' means 'Son of Jesus'. Paul went on to explain his act by saying, Acts 13:10 "You are a child of the devil and an enemy of everything that is right! You are full of all kinds of deceit and trickery. Will you never stop perverting the right ways of the Lord?" This Man Bar Jesus didn't persecute Paul and Barnabas like most people think the antichrist will behave. But he was only using tricks to divert, and change the mind of the ruler. And it became very hard for the ruler to believe not until Bar Jesus was first dealt with. Here is the point, Everytime you start doing things which diverts people's attention from the gospel, you are behaving like the Anti Christ. Many people are unknowingly operating under the Antichrist spirit. Like this fellow who sang that "I don't believe in God oo!" He thinks that he has made a great hit and wants everyone to love it, but he doesn't know he's under the influence of the Anti Christ spirit because his song separates people from God. That's why Jesus said, Mathew 12:30 He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad. Everytime you do something contrary to the gospel, you are operating like the Anti Christ, you are helping in scattering. When a secular musician says, "it's by God's grace that I have reached where I am. It was only God." Everybody feels touched and convinced that even that fellow belongs to God. Who told you?! Most people still think that the Anti Christ is yet to come, because they are waiting for that one man who will oppose the Christians and bring the triple six. No, the bible has already made it clear that the Spirit of the Anti Christ is already at work. 1John 4:3: "and every spirit which does not confess Jesus is not of God. This is the spirit of antichrist, of which you heard that it was coming, and now it is in the world already." You see, John said, it is already in the world. It's main aim is to make sure he distract and confuse people very well so that they never believe or follow the way of truth, which is found in Christ Jesus. That's why you can be in the Church, the pastor is preaching, everyone is quite listening and then that's when the children starts crying, someone gets up and starts walking out with the shoes making very loud noises. What is that, the spirit of the Anti Christ at work. That's the same spirit which speaks evil of pastors, priest, nuns and religious leaders. They did it to prophet Jeremiah too. Jeremiah 18:18 Then the people said, “Come on, let’s plot a way to stop Jeremiah. We have plenty of priests and wise men and prophets. We don’t need him to teach the word and give us advice and prophecies. Let’s spread rumors about him and ignore what he says.” And these are the very things they are still doing to the men of God even up to date. The same spirit still in operation. His work is to make sure he takes aways people's attention from the things concerning God. Think about the time of Moses, Everytime Moses performed a Miracle, the magicians and sorcerers would also perform the same kind of miracle, Exodus 7:22 But the Egyptian magicians did the same things by their secret arts, and Pharaoh’s heart became hard; he would not listen to Moses and Aaron, just as the LORD had said. What were they trying to do? Their aim was to make Moses' miracle look ordinary and at the end, the king would not listen to Him. That's how the spirit of the antichrist operate. Just causing confusion and disbelief. Admonition ------------------------------------------- 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12: "Therefore God sends upon them a strong delusion, to make them believe what is false, so that all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness." When you don't believe in Jesus, the spirit of the antichrist takes charge of you at any moment, and the delusional power. 2 Thessalonians 2:15 Therefore, brethren, stand fast, and hold the traditions which ye have been taught, whether by word, or our epistle. YOU ARE THE GLORY OF GOD ---------------------------------------------- Genesis 1:27 ""And God made man in His own likeness. In the likeness of God He made him. He made both male and female."" Today the society is so confused and confusing, people abuse those who are normal, they say, “you have small eyes, big mouth etc”. And the very same people say “don’t insult the lame, don’t mistreat the blind and don’t insult the dumb. For they are made by God and in his image, if you insult them, you have insulted God who has created them.” Well its true, God created them in his own likeness but he didn’t create them blind, lame or dumb. Someone else did that so that He can destroy the work and the glory of God. Jesus said in John 10:10 “The thief cometh only to steal, kill and to destroy....” So you can be sure that God didn’t create them blind, lame or dumb because that is not His image, the destroyer, satan himself did that. That is why Jesus came and started healing the sick, making the lame to walk and the blind to see. John 10:10….but I have come that you might have life and have it more abundantly. God wants you well and full of glory. Genesis 1:27 And God made man in His own likeness. In the likeness of God He made him. He made both male and female. You are the reflection of God’s glory that’s why He wants you healthy, holy, prosperous and full of glory. The devil doesn’t like it that way, that’s why he keeps turning things upside down, creating a poor and confused generation that will only keep cursing God. God is not lame, neither is he blind nor is he deaf. The bible describe the angels of God to be having very long legs and arms, covered with eyes all over(Ezekiel 10:12). So why should God give an angel long legs and 10 thousand eyes and a human being who only needs two is lacking? And the scriptures are so clear that we are the partakers of his glory (Colossians 1:27) Something doesn’t add up here. God is full of glory and He made you in his own likeness. That means everything about you is a reflection of who God is. When people see you, they see God. Hallelujah! After making man in Genesis 1:27, God didn’t stop there. He went ahead and blessed them, Genesis 1:28 “Then God blessed them , and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” So God has created you in his own likeness and he has blessed the work of your hand so that you must prosper in everything you do. But how are you going to have dominion over the earth if you are poor, blind, lame, deaf and dumb? It will not be possible. The society is confused in such a way that, they think it was the will and plan of God that some humans should be poor, lame and blind. But there is no scripture that approves of that. No, not even one. Noah was blessed, Abraham was blessed, Joseph was blessed, David was blessed, etc. The will of God is that you should be like Him, that’s why he made you in his own likeness. But until you wake up to this reality, that you are the glory of God. The devil will keep messing you around. That’s why Paul said, “wake up sleepy Christians!” Ephesians 5:14. So even if things aren’t going on well at the moment, refuse to be comfortable in that situation admitting that it’s the will of God. Speak to that situation and let them know that they are there for a limited time, you are doing something about it and in fact there time is up. Proverbs 18:20 says “man shall be satisfied by the fruit of his mouth.” Start acting like a man of glory and turn the situations around you by making proclamations that shows that you know who you are and soon things will turn around for your good. Start speaking positively and taking charge over every situations around you. Let me tell you something, the devil is like a dog, when a dog tries to chase you and you keep running, he will chase you the more and make your life even more complicated. But when you turn around and show to him that you know who you are, then it will start running and you will be the one to chase it.” Glory be to God. The sad thing is that most people fear the devil more than they fear God. That’s why I always say ignorance is more dangerous than sickness. Admonition You are the manifestation of God’s Glory, when people see you, they see God. Unless you wake up to this consciousness, the devil will keep pressing and making your life so ordinary. Start speaking like a glorious man, “I am blessed, I am prosperous, I am full of glory, this sickness is not a part of me” and you shall see it happening. You can’t be filled with the glory of God and you keep saying “I am very tired, I am very poor, I am very broke.” No, sons of God, that is not your portion. People who live and talk like that are the one written in Psalms 82:6-7 “You are gods but you shall die like men” As for you, when people ask you, “how are you?” Answer then, I am blessed and full of glory. Confession Now if you have never given your life to Jesus and you want Christ Jesus to enter into your life, just say these words loud “Lord jesus, today I accept and receive you into my life as my personal Lord and savior, Come into my life and make me born again. Amen” Prayer You are good and you are so kind, oh blessed one of israel, highly exalted above the winged creatures, blessed be your holy name forever and ever. In your mercy and kindness, you have blessed us and made us become the partakers of your glory, something nobody expected, now our lives are so blessed. Even the Angels and demons wondered, “who is man that God loves so much.” Now we are so rich, healthy, prosperous and full of glory. We bless your holy name for this, hallelujah. 🥏What it means to eat with the Lord ——————————————————- Revelation 3:20 “Behold I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come into him and eat with him, and he with me. From the scripture above, we can all see that the Lord said “I will come into him and eat with him.” The question now comes, what are we going to eat? Is it the holy communion? Or may be some special kind of a meal? Now in John 6, Jesus made a statement that brought trouble to his entire ministry, he said that those who want to have life must eat his flesh and drink his blood (John 6:53-58). And so many people were displeased with this statement. When He saw that people were displeased with what He said, he emphasized it the more by saying that “my flesh is the real bread and my blood is the real drink”(John 6:55). This disgusted many of his followers including the apostles and many people stopped following Him from that day. But you see, it’s because they had not understood the truth of the word which Jesus said. And even today many people believe in this saying because they are convinced that the real body of Jesus is the bread of the holy Communion, which is also a partial understanding of the truth. Indeed He said that this is my body (Luke 22:19), but there is something deeper than that. In John 1:1 the bible says, “In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God and the word was God.” And John 1:14 tells us that “The word became flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld his glory, the glory of the only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” John is trying to tell us that the real flesh of Jesus Christ came from the word. This means when we take time to study the word of God, we are eating the real Flesh of Jesus because it is the word that became Flesh. And Prophet Jeremiah said, “Your words were found and I ate them and your word brought joy to my heart.”(Jeremiah 15:16). So Jeremiah proved to us that he indeed ate the word by reading it. Jesus went on to clarify his statement in John 6:53-58 to those who remained with him by telling them that, "It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.(John 6:63). So, if at all Jesus was saying we should eat his flesh and drink his blood, would he again say flesh and blood profits nothing? Of course not! But the scriptures must come true, which says, “I will open my mouth in parables”(Psalms 78:2) So from our opening verse above, when the Lord said, I will come into him and eat with him, He meant he will come into you and open your eyes so that you will be able to understand what you read and come into agreement with Him. For how can two people walk together unless they agree? (Amos 3:3) And when Jesus appeared to his disciples who were going to Emmaus in Luke 24:13-35, one thing he did was opening their eyes to the scriptures. Then they said, “Did not our hearts burn within us while he talked to us on the road, while he opened to us the Scriptures?” Luke 24:32. And that’s exactly what it means to eat with the Lord. Matthew 4:4 “But Jesus answered, ‘It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God” Confession Now if you have never given your life to Jesus and you want Christ Jesus to enter into your life today, just say these words loud “Lord jesus, today I accept and receive you into my life as my personal Lord and savior, Come into my life and make me born again. Amen” Admonition Proverbs 4: 20-22 “My beloveth, attend to my words; incline your ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from your eye; keep them in the midst of your heart.
